NDFD Mobile Web Map Viewer Link

A version of the NDFD map viewer for mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, is available at the following web address/URL:

Note that the mobile version does not have all the capabilities that the desktop version does.
For example, the desktop version has the mouseover readout of data values and location (latitude/longitude).
This was not included with this first mobile version.

However, many other features are included, such as:

- Data point probe: Tapping on the device screen will display an element's value at that location.
- Zoom: On most devices, one should be able to use finger pinch movements on the screen to zoom in and out.
- Roam: Moving a finger on the screen will move the map location.

The symbols at the bottom of the mobile page allow users to select different regions, basemaps, layers, NDFD element,
and a general information page.
